Director of Development

Pat is a seasoned construction management and real estate development professional with experience across multiple asset classes. His educational and professional backgrounds bring together the three major aspects of real estate development: design, construction and finance, a unique blend that gives him a creative, 360-degree perspective.

Pat studied architecture at University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign prior to receiving  his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Pat has served in management positions for Brookfield Properties Retail, AJ Capital Partners, and most recently at RL Edward Partners, where he represented ownership interests in all aspects of project life cycle including preconstruction, general contractor selection, contract negotiations, cost control, pay applications, project management and coordination with utilities and owner-direct consultants.
