Justin Parr is joining forces with Chad Broderick, Managing Partner, to extend the firm’s geographic reach while focusing on acquisitions, joint venture structuring, and capital formation activities. Justin joins LCI after spending nearly 9 years with The John Buck Company, most recently serving as Chief Investment Officer. His experience includes $2.5B of real estate development and acquisitions, and an additional $3B in disposition and capital transactions within the multifamily, office, and mixed-use asset classes.

“Justin brings nearly two decades of acquisitions and development experience to LCI. His deep relationships with sponsors and capital partners across the country will further enhance our ability to execute on our co-development platform across the United States. We have had a successful working relationship in the past, and I’m excited for us to capitalize on new opportunities here at LCI.” said Broderick, who founded the firm in 2020.

Justin and Chad previously worked together at JBC for 7 years and served together on the investment committee. Together, they have over 35 years of real estate investment and development experience.

LCI Development Partners was formed in 2020 in partnership with Leopardo, a Chicago-based general contractor with operations across the country. LCIDP invests in development and value-add strategies in the multifamily, healthcare, retail, and self-storage asset classes. The firm provides development services and joint venture equity, typically in a co-GP or co-Sponsor role; adding value through credit enhancement, development and construction expertise.
