LCI Development Partners and joint venture partner Eyes North Corporation recently closed on a multi-tenant retail property in Cumberland, KY. The shopping center is occupied by brand name tenants, including Family Dollar, H&R Block, and Subway.

“This acquisition further diversifies LCI’s portfolio with a stable, cash flowing rent roll and development upside,” explained LCI’s managing director Chad Broderick. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with Eyes North, which has acquired three properties and has another eight under contract.”
